Giorgi IV Gurieli : ウィキペディア英語版
George IV of Guria
Giorgi IV Gurieli ((グルジア語:გიორგი IV გურიელი)) (died 1726), of the House of Gurieli, was a prince of Guria from 1711 to 1726, and a king of Imereti (as George VIII) in western Georgia in 1716 and 1720. He was installed as prince of Guria by his father, Mamia III Gurieli, then the king of Imereti, in 1711. He was briefly dispossessed by his brother, Levan I Gurieli, from 1712 to 1714. In 1716, he seized the crown of Imereti, but was ousted later that year. Returning to Guria, he was twice dethroned by his brother Kaikhosro III Gurieli and then by Bezhan Dadiani in 1717, but quickly regained the throne with the Ottoman support. In 1720, he briefly reinstated himself as king of Imereti, but was soon deposed and forced into Guria again.
